Express Avenue is a combination of shopping, business and leisure. It is hosted over 20 lakh square feet. This includes a 9 lakh square feet for shopping space, 1 lakh square feet for eating, 70,000 square feet for entertainment and 2 lakh square feet for a world-class business chamber and a boutique hotel. The mall has a 3 level basement parking space for over 1500 cars and sufficient bikes.
The mall is bounded by Whites Road, Woods Road and Patullos Road of Chennai. Express Avenue was inaugurated on May 26 2010.
