GSLV-F06 is the seventh mission of Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle GSLV aimed to Inject a 2310 kg communication satellite, GSAT-5P, into a Geosynchronous Transfer Orbit (GTO).
GSAT-5P is the fifth satellite to be launched in the GSAT series. It is an exclusive communication satellite to further strengthen the communication services currently provided by the Indian National Satellire (INSAT) System. Weighing 2310 kg at lift-off, GSAT-5P carries 24 Normal C-band and 12 Extended C-brand transponders.
The rocket Geosynchronous satellite launch vehicle (GSLV) will lift off at 4.04 p.m., Saturday,(25 December 2010) said an official of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).

Time magazine selected Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg as the person of the year. The Financial Times, however, decided that Apple CEO Steve Jobs was more worthy of that title in 2010.
It’s hard to argue against FT’s logic: Apple has had a phenomenal year, with back-to-back record quarters at a time when the U.S. is still emerging from a deep recession. Under the leadership of Steve Jobs, Apple also managed to create another breakthrough product: the iPad. Finally, the iPhone 4 launch, although initially marred with antenna issues, turned out to be one of the most successful product launches in Apple history.

Big Star Entertainment Awards function held in Mumbai on 21 December, 2010 night. Its making records at the box office. Salman Khan Dabangg has said that five major awards at the ceremony of Big Star Entertainment, this year. All other winners in various categories ranging from music, film, television and sports are also announced. Bollywood biggies graced Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Akshay Kumar, Priyanka Chopra, Vidya Balan, Karan Johar, Javed Akhtar, Shabana Azmi, Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Rajkumar Hirani, Dabangg won 5 awards. Salman Khan won the award for the funniest movie actor. The awards show will air Dec. 31, Star Plus.

Kollywood actress Trisha launched 2011 Calendar held at The Park, Chennai. Many celebrities were present at the launch including Mani Ratnam, Radhika, Udayanidhi Stalin Kushboo and Uma Padmanabhan. The calendar has the images of top Kollywood stars, which are captured by Ace photographer G Venkat Ram.

Venket Ram released his 2011 calendar, which brings out the best of man and machine beauty in print. The calendar features some of the best South Indian stars captured alongside classic American and British cars and motorcycles. Vikram, Arya, Karthik Sivakumar, Simbu, Suriya and Nagarjuna along with Shruti Haasan, Tamannaah, Genelia, Nayantara, Trisha and Shriya posed with cars and motorcycles from the pre- and post-war era. Shriya posed in a glossy print with the oldest car from the stable, a 1929 Ford T. Young stars Arya and Simbu, matching their moods, posed with rugged World War II motorcycles, BSA Bantam and a hand gear operated James. The calendar was released by director Mani Ratnam and actress Trisha received the first copy.

Storyline
Arthur Bishop (Jason Statham) is a ‘mechanic’ – an elite assassin with a strict code and unique talent for cleanly eliminating targets.
