Story
Chikku Bukku romantic-action film directed by Manikandan and is produced by Metro films. It stars Arya, Shriya Saran and Preetika in the lead roles. Santhanam and Vaiyapuri are also part of the film.

The music of teh movie Chikku Bukku is scored by Hariharan and Leslie Lewis after their launch in to Kollywood with scoring music for the Tamil movie Modhi Vilayadu. Chikku Bukku with a love story, starts in the backdrops of London and the journey continues in Mysore, Coonoor and ends in Karaikudi.

Mercedes-Benz launches the New R-Class in India. Conceived to combine all the best characteristics of a luxury sport sedan with the versatility of an SUV, the 5-door design and finely tuned features of the Mercedes-Benz R-Class enable it to seamlessly and simultaneously fill ones needs and desires like no other vehicle.
Priced at Rs. 58.79 lakhs (ex-showroom Mumbai), the all new Mercedes-Benz R-Class aims to target the untapped luxury crossover segment in India.
The premium MPV will be available in the Long Wheel Base R350 4MATIC with a 3498cc V6 petrol engine.
Aiming to create a new niche segment in the luxury bracket, Mercedes-Benz India launched the all new R-class in India. Combining sedan like performance, all-wheel-drive SUV confidence and Mercedes-Benz safety in a luxurious package with first class seating for up to seven, the R-Class practically defies categorization while redefining practicality.
After attaining huge international success, Mercedes-Benz introduced the all New R-Class in the Indian auto market. India is one of the first markets to witness the introduction of the R-Class and will be available in the Long Wheel Base R350 4MATIC which has a 3498cc V6 petrol engine. The car will also come with bi-xenon headlamps, steel spring suspension in front and AIRmatic (Adaptive Intelligent Ride control) system featuring self-levelling air suspension in the rear to aid comfort and improve driving dynamics.

Google Tests Self Driving Cars
GOOGLE engineers have developed and tested technology that allows cars to drive themselves, a posting on the company’s official blog revealed.
The automated cars use video cameras, radar sensors and a laser range finder to “see” other traffic, as well as detailed maps to navigate the road ahead, software engineer Sebastian Thrun said.
So far, he said, the self-driving cars have logged over 140,000 miles (225,000 km) around California. “We think this is a first in robotics research,” the engineer added.
For safety reasons, Thrun said, the cars are never unmanned. They have a trained driver behind the wheel who can always take over while a trained software operator in the passenger seat monitors the software.
The project was still “very much in the experimental stage,” he added.

The Indian Premier League (IPL) governing council (GC) Sunday terminated the contract of two teams – Kings XI Punjab and Rajasthan Royals from IPL 4, for breeches committed by them.
“The GC of the IPL met today (Sunday – 10-Oct-2010) to discuss and decide on the breaches committed by three of the franchisees, K.P.H. Dream Cricket Pvt. Ltd., the owners and promoter of the Kings XI Punjab cricket team, Jaipur IPL Cricket Pvt. Ltd and the unincorporated joint venture holding the Kochi franchise,” the IPL GC said in a statement.
“It was also decided unanimously decided that the franchise agreement with K.P.H. Dream Cricket Pvt. Ltd. and Jaipur IPL Cricket Pvt. Ltd. be terminated forthwith based on the legal opinions obtained by BCCI in the matter.”
“It was also decided to issue a notice to the unincorporated joint venture holding the Kochi franchise calling upon them to resolve all their disputes and form a joint venture company which will hold the IPL franchise rights.
“Mr. P.R. Raman, advocate for BCCI, has been given instructions to issue all the three notices,” the statement added.
More than two decades after he did the disappearing act in Mr India , Anil Kapoor seems to have moved to Hollywood: he will act in the fourth instalment of Mission Impossible, a popular action thriller series of films starring Tom Cruise.
“At this point, I can only say that I have been contacted for Mission Impossible 4 and I have agreed for the role,” Mr Kapoor told ET.
He will be starring alongside Tom Cruise, Paula Patton, French actress Lea Seydoux and Ving Rhames among others in the film being produced by Paramount Pictures . Some parts of the action thriller will be shot in Rajasthan starting this month end, said Sarabjit Singh, India head of Paramount Pictures. “Mission Impossible 4 will most likely be the last of the sequels,” he said.
Directed by Brad Bird, the film is slated for release in December 2011. The budget is estimated to be over $150 million.
Mr Kapoor’s Hollywood affair started when he played a tough quiz game host in the Oscar-winning Slumdog Millionaire. After that, he played an important part in prime time Hollywood television series 24, along side Kiefer Sutherland.
Mission Impossible first hit the screens in 1996 featuring Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt. The film was among the top box-office grosser that year, earning nearly $452.5 million worldwide.
Mission Impossible 2, released in 2000, earned $545.3 million worldwide, while Mission Impossible 3 grossed $395.3 million in 2006, as per industry estimates.
