Nadigar Sangam President Sarath Kumar confirmed that actor Surya is selected as the Icon star of Kollywood cricket team.  Though Vijay and Vikram are consulted, both of the actors have not shown their active participation.

Karthi, Abbas, Madhavan, Jayam Ravi, Arya, Shaam were selected for the team Kollywood team (Tamil Superstars).  Celebrity Cricket League T20 is going to be held at Bangalore and Andhra Pradesh between the four film industries.
