Prithviraj’s charming looks and fantabulous performance always wins him incredible praises in Tamil Nadu even with his dubbed movies. It is worth recalling that his yesteryear Malayalam movies that were dubbed in Tamil turned to best hits that includes ‘Siva Puram’ and ‘ATM Thirudan’. The actor’s recent Malayalam release ‘Anwar’ will be released in Tamil with the same title with plans going on to release it on February 25.

Since the film has more familiar brands of Tamil Cinema, the producers have felt that it will work out at best. Mamta Mohandas stars opposite Prithviraj in female lead with Prakash Raj, Lal, Sampath and Geetha taking on prominent characters in this movie.

The film won best credits for the sensitive theme as it deals with terrorism affecting the lives of ordinary men and women. The musical score by Gopi Sundar proved to good hits while cinematography by Satish is appreciable.

The film is directed by Amal Neerath, a former associate of Ram Gopal Varma. One of the best highlights of this movie is 5 bomb blast sequences shot in a stunning way.
